Due Diligence / Asset Valuation

Costly demands for unknown capital improvements or unidentified concerns inthe market can quickly deplete resources for a new acquisition.  Conducting due diligence on hundreds of assets has allowed DEI Communities the opportunity to refine and define our process.  Our due diligence process provides our clients with the facts necessary to make the best decision possible for their investment.  Our clients are provided detailed reports on:

Disposition Services

DEI Communities disposition services allow us to assist our clients in positioning their asset for sale and managing their disposition.  Failing to maximize on an assets potential in the market place and establish a fair market valuation prior to a disposition can only result in unseen proceeds.  Navigating an asset and its' staff through a disposition requires a great deal of detail and finesse.  Not applying the proper management and direction to operations of an asset in disposition may lead to lost revenue, depreciation of the asset and excessive expenses.

  • Through our due diligence and asset valuation services, DEI Communities is able    to provide our clients with the information critical to establishing the best equitable position and list price for their asset in the marketplace.
  • DEI Communities management and services team work in partnership with one another to provide the guidance and support necessary to maintain an asset's positioning, retain current residents and stabilize staffing while orchestrating the details of the actual transaction.
  • DEI Communities mangement and support teams will also pool their resources and tools to assist our buyers with their selection of a broker, establishing timelines, coordination with broker in site visits, 3rd party reporting and negotiating the final sales contract.  

Receivership Services

Receivership assets require an extensive and specialized transition team.  DEI Communities' experienced management services team is well versed in transitioning acquisitions and applies the same techniques to receiverships as it would to a new acquisition.

DEI Communities is able to mobilize swiftly to analyze an asset's position in the market place as well as it's operational demands.  A strategy unique to the individual asset will be developed immediately.  This allows the mangement team to stabilize the asset as quickly as possible and allows the corporate support and management teams to collaborate along with the on-site team to implement a focused vision for the asset.  Our goal is to not only stabilize the asset, but to provide an exit strategy that will add value for the client.
